Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Prior experience in K-12 educational environments is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in school psychology
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and participation in multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration abilities
  • A commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and student-centered support

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Develop individualized intervention and support plans for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to support student success
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral consultation as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
