Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active school psychologist license issued by the state
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Expertise working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and report writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capable of collaborating effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional support
• Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies in collaboration with teachers and administrators
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing informed recommendations and guidance
• Offer direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Assist in the creation of positive learning environments and support initiatives that promote mental health and resilience
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to compliance efforts with school policies and state regulations
