Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current, valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with federal and state special education regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to interpret assessment results
• Develop intervention strategies to address student learning, behavior, and mental health needs
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
• Participate in special education eligibility meetings and IEP development
• Provide consultation for teachers and staff to enhance learning environments
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
