Job Description

Step into a key role supporting students in a vibrant K-12 environment near Cambridge, MA. As a contract School Psychologist, youll help foster academic, social, and emotional growth for a diverse student population during the 2024-2025 school year. Working full-time with one assigned school, youll have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with students and staff while providing essential psychological services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
  • Experience with K-12 assessments, counseling, and consultation preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of special education processes and psychological evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological services for K-12 students, including evaluations, behavior assessments, and counseling
  • Support the identification and intervention of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Consult with teachers, families, and staff to develop strategies for student success
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and district-provided training
