Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure
- Experience or training with elementary, middle, and high school populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students of all grade levels
- Interpret test results and collaborate in creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students
- Support teachers and families through consultation and recommendations
- Develop and implement professional development sessions on student mental health and learning strategies
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices and legal regulations within school psychology
