Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure
  • Experience or training with elementary, middle, and high school populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students of all grade levels
  • Interpret test results and collaborate in creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students
  • Support teachers and families through consultation and recommendations
  • Develop and implement professional development sessions on student mental health and learning strategies
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
  • Stay current with best practices and legal regulations within school psychology
