Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field required
• Valid Minnesota licensure as a school psychologist
• Experience supporting diverse student populations in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students, including cognitive, behavioral, academic, and social-emotional evaluations
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff to create effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including eligibility and review conferences
• Provide crisis response, counseling, and consultation as needed across multiple school levels
• Advocate for students mental health and educational access within the school community
• Maintain records and documentation in compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
