Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and consultations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a supportive school climate
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and delivering interventions in school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of special education laws and educational resources is preferred
