Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina School Psychologist licensure
  • Experience delivering comprehensive psychological services within an educational setting
  • Proficiency with student assessments, evaluations, and report writing
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
  • Ability to adapt practices to meet diverse student needs across all grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological testing and evaluations to support student growth and achievement
  • Provide occasional counseling interventions for students as needed
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to share insights and recommendations
  • Participate in and contribute to student support and IEP team meetings
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
