Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support students in both elementary and high school settings. This role is based in Burnsville, MN, and focuses on providing comprehensive psychological services to enhance student learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support academic and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create supportive learning environments
  • Provide consultation and counseling services to students and staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license for the state of Minnesota
  • Experience working with both elementary and high school student populations
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a contract position within a school setting
