Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience administering and interpreting cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments.
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and IEP development.
• Familiarity with best practices in special education law and procedures.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and support strategies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to create and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Consult with teachers, counselors, and parents to deliver targeted support and interventions.
• Advocate for student needs and help cultivate a positive, inclusive school climate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
