Key qualifications and experience:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited college or university
• Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong skills in psychoeducational assessment, data interpretation, and intervention development
• Background in behavioral management, crisis intervention, and counseling students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication abilities for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

In this role, youll:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
• Develop individualized interventions and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Support development of positive behavior intervention plans and progress monitoring
• Respond to crises and help develop preventative mental health programs
• Maintain thorough and confidential case documentation
