Job Description

This position is ideal for a dedicated School Psychologist looking to support K-12 students in a dynamic and diverse educational setting. The role involves managing a comprehensive caseload with the flexibility to adapt as student needs evolve across different school locations in the Buffalo, NY area. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide valuable psychological services that enhance student learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person psychological assessments to identify student needs
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop tailored interventions
  • Manage and adjust a K-12 caseload with responsiveness to changing demands
  • Travel between multiple school sites as required to deliver services effectively
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement educational strategies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Eligibility for state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting caseloads and travel between schools
