As a contract School Psychologist, youll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive learning environment for students in the Broken Arrow area. Your expertise will help shape effective strategies for assessment, intervention, and student advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Valid state credential or licensure as required for School Psychologists
• Prior experience conducting psychological assessments in K-12 educational settings
• Strong understanding of child development, learning differences, and mental health support in schools
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with IEP processes, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and intervention planning
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative psychological services for students
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education plans
• Work closely with special education teams to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Participate in eligibility meetings, student reviews, and ongoing support planning
• Help design preventive programs to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges
• Offer guidance and workshops for educators and families on student well-being
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to district and regulation standards
