Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Oklahoma School Psychologist license required
  • Candidates with backgrounds in elementary, middle, and high school settings encouraged to apply
  • New graduates are encouragedmentorship and guidance readily available
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with compassion and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
  • Develop and assist with implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services when necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student success and well-being
  • Engage in problem-solving teams and deliver professional recommendations for interventions
  • Maintain thorough, confidential student records in compliance with regulations
