Qualifications:
- Active MA BCBA credential required
- Background in school-based settings or working with K-12 populations
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
- Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students across K-12
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide consultation and training to school staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Support a positive learning environment and facilitate social, emotional, and academic growth
Enjoy a role with a regular schedule of 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing for balance and consistency. The number of students on your caseload will be determined in collaboration with school leadership to ensure effective support and service delivery.
