Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and make recommendations
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and multi-tiered systems of support
• Compassionate approach to fostering student growth and resilience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments to identify students needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to enhance student support
• Contribute to special education eligibility decisions and IEP development
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building in individual or group settings
• Offer staff in-service training and ongoing collaboration for positive school climate
• Keep accurate records and documentation in line with school and district requirements
