Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Connecticut
- Experience servicing K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Ability to develop and monitor effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate in the development of IEPs and behavior intervention plans

- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with policy and legal standards
