Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in a school-based role preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and individualized education program (IEP) processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to support student learning and emotional health
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with teachers and parents
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
- Facilitate interventions and recommend evidence-based strategies to enhance student achievement
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to drive collaborative solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times
