Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school-based role preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and individualized education program (IEP) processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to support student learning and emotional health
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with teachers and parents
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Facilitate interventions and recommend evidence-based strategies to enhance student achievement
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to drive collaborative solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times
