A dynamic K-12 charter school near Boston is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2024-25 academic year. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support an engaging student community in a single school setting. As a key member of the educational team, youll collaborate with educators and staff to ensure every student receives the personalized guidance they need to succeed both academically and emotionally.

Your primary responsibility will be offering the full spectrum of school psychology services across K-12 grade levels. Youll conduct assessments, deliver counseling, contribute to IEP planning, and serve as a resource for crisis intervention and behavioral support. This role provides a well-rounded experience in a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
• Experience working in school settings, ideally across K-12 populations
• Expertise in psychological evaluations, behavioral intervention, and IEP processes
• Strong ability to communicate with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret assessments to guide interventions and educational planning
• Provide direct counseling and consultation for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to promote student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and student support meetings
• Support crisis intervention efforts and positive behavioral plans
