Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist through the State Board is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, intervention methods, and counseling strategies
• Experience working with both elementary and high school populations is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to consult with educators, parents, and administrators
• Capacity to manage a caseload of approximately 4050 students, delivering services effectively and compassionately

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized education plans, and provide direct and consultative psychological support to students
• Serve as a vital member of multidisciplinary teams, participating in meetings and contributing expertise to support student success
• Deliver both group and individual counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain thorough, confidential records and adhere to state and federal guidelines
• Engage in ongoing communication with families and faculty to promote a positive learning environment
