Job Description

A school district in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support students across K-12 grade levels in a contract position for the upcoming school year. This role offers an opportunity to work with both elementary and high school age groups, managing a caseload of approximately 40-50 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Licensed School Psychologist credentialed through the State Board
  • Experience working with elementary and high school students preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Location: Bolingbrook, IL
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Days: 5 days per week
  • Position Type: Contract for the upcoming school year
