Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within a school setting is highly valued
• Skilled in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments for students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to address student needs
• Develop and support implementation of academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and eligibility determinations
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Support a positive and inclusive school climate
