Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Current Oklahoma School Psychologist license
• Familiarity working with students from grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention abilities
• Adaptable communication style with students, parents, and staff
• New graduates with relevant credentials are enthusiastically encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive educational environment
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and crisis response as appropriate
