Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Doctoral degree in school psychology or a closely related field
• In-depth understanding of child development, learning styles, and behavioral interventions
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and IEP development
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students strengths, needs, and support strategies
• Participate in eligibility meetings, review data, and contribute to the creation and monitoring of IEPs for students with special needs
• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Promote positive behavior and mental health initiatives throughout the school community
• Support the assessment and monitoring of academic and behavioral interventions for diverse learners
