Make a lasting impact on students lives as a contract School Psychologist in the vibrant community close to Bennington, NE! This opportunity offers both full-time (37.5 hours per week, all grade levels) and part-time (19 hours weekly, PreKearly education) roles. The part-time position supplements an existing team member, providing you with valuable support and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Nebraska School Psychologist license
- Strong background in counseling, assessments, and data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with best practices for multi-tiered systems of support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience collaborating with families and professionals
- Prior school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological services to students spanning all grade levels (full-time) or PreKearly education (part-time)
- Conduct individual and group counseling as needed
- Assess, analyze, and interpret data related to student learning and behaviors
- Support IEP and 504 Plan development for eligible students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students needs
- Consult with educational staff on strategies to foster student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and problem-solving teams
