Make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of K-12 students by providing dedicated support as a School Psychologist in a dynamic school environment near Bellingham, WA. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs from August through the end of the June 26/27 school year and offers a chance to work closely with students, educators, and the SPED team in a single school setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist License in Washington state
- Experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a K-12 environment
- Familiarity attending and participating in IEP meetings
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to supporting special education teams
- Capacity to manage a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) onsite
Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with SPED staff to ensure students receive appropriate services and supports
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports aligned with school and state requirements
- Offer consultation and resources to staff and families regarding students academic, social, and emotional needs
