Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid NE PSYCH license required
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of psychoeducational assessment, behavioral interventions, and individualized education program (IEP) processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and work effectively in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and evaluate interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal educational regulations
