Key Qualifications:
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist certification in Nebraska (or eligibility for certification)
- Experience providing counseling, assessments, and interventions for elementary-aged children
- Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to design and monitor effective strategies for student growth
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
