• Valid School Psychologist certification in Nebraska (or eligibility for certification)
• Experience providing counseling, assessments, and interventions for elementary-aged children
• Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to design and monitor effective strategies for student growth
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
