Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, developing student-centered interventions, and providing counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes, RTI, and behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, administrators, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform educational planning
• Develop and help implement evidence-based interventions and behavioral supports
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to create strategies fostering student growth
• Counsel students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plan development
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards
