Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state requirements must be met)
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Experience in schools or educational environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students, including evaluations for special education eligibility
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultations and recommendations to teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
