Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Current and valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and behavioral interventions in school settings
- Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and IEP development
- Ability to work both independently and within interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
- Interpret assessment results for IEP and eligibility meetings, providing actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and educational planning
- Provide individual and group counseling to address a range of student needs
- Support crisis intervention programs and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
