These onsite roles are based in two scenic areas, both near Beaufort and Bluffton, South Carolina, providing a unique chance to enhance educational experiences for the school year starting August 2026 and wrapping up in June 2027.
In this pivotal position, youll collaborate with educators and families, assessing student needs and supporting emotional, social, and academic growth across a diverse K-12 caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to fostering positive learning environments for all students
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify academic and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor student support plans
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely student records
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts
