Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist license
• Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 settings is highly valued
• Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with implementing interventions and supporting multi-tiered systems of support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and help implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to design intervention strategies
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and social-emotional support
• Consult on behavioral and academic challenges, offering recommendations for improvement
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring to inform decision-making
• Promote mental health awareness and contribute to a positive school climate
