Job Description
A full-time, onsite School Psychologist position is available for the 26/27 school year in Bay City, MI, serving K-12 students. This contract role offers a dynamic environment where you will apply your expertise to support student learning and well-being through comprehensive psychological services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting educational and psychological assessments to identify student needs
- Developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct counseling and behavioral interventions
- Participating in Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and crisis intervention teams
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Utilizing data-driven practices to improve student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active Michigan School Psychologist license (preliminary or full)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
