With just one school assigned and approximately 2,800 students district-wide, youll cultivate meaningful relationships within a close-knit educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Tennessee School Psychologist License required
  • Previous experience working with Pre-K to high school populations strongly preferred
  • Proficient in conducting evaluations, assessments, and interpreting results
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to consult with educators and parents
  • Excellent report-writing and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psycho-educational assessments, consultations, and recommendations for Pre-K-2 and select high school students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor IEPs
  • Serve as a resource to teachers and administrators in implementing effective interventions
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and update intervention strategies as needed
  • Promote safe, supportive learning environments and address behavioral health needs
  • Support district initiatives, collaborating closely with staff and families
