This contracted opportunity provides the chance to collaborate within a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring the academic, behavioral, and emotional well-being of students in diverse environments.

Youll take part in key professional development days starting July 27, 2026, and move directly into fostering success for students throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Enjoy a part-time, flexible hybrid schedule with 29 hours per week, where your expertise will help shape supportive education plans and connect families with valuable community resources.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education School Psychology certification required
• Strong grasp of psychoeducational evaluations, special education eligibility, and IDEA compliance
• Demonstrated ability to interpret assessment data and write comprehensive reports
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying assessment results to parents, educators, and teams
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams alongside diagnosticians, social workers, SLPs, and administrators
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet required evaluation timelines
• Willingness to complete a district background check and fingerprinting

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and submit reports within required timelines
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and external resources to support student needs

• Participate in in-service training and explain assessment processes to stakeholders
