Key Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in School Psychology.
• Current state certification or licensure as a school psychologist.
• Experience or interest in K-12 educational settings.
• Ability to fulfill district background check and fingerprinting per House Bill 486, as well as comprehensive employment history review.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and assessment skills.
• Willingness to complete a prescreen interview as part of the eligibility process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention and support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide guidance on student performance and well-being.
• Support students through counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements.
• Participate in education and behavior planning meetings as requested.
