Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist licensure
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Experience supporting diverse K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students strengths and needs
• Develop individualized education plans and interventions for students requiring support
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Utilize data to monitor progress, inform decision-making, and adjust interventions
• Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and special education processes
