Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid PEL with School Psychologist endorsement required
  • Demonstrated experience working with PreK-5th grade populations
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability across multiple sites
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
  • Consult with educators, parents, and staff to support student learning and mental health
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and provide counseling for students as needed
  • Contribute to student support teams and multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Travel between two assigned elementary sites each week
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district and legal guidelines
