Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Colorado
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents in school environments preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation
• Ability to develop effective IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and share results to inform educational decisions
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and monitor behavior and academic intervention plans
• Participate in eligibility meetings and serve as an essential member of the IEP/504 process
• Contribute to school-wide programs supporting positive behavioral and emotional development
• Maintain detailed and confidential case records according to state and district guidelines
