Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Commitment to advocacy and inclusivity for all students
  • Previous experience working in schools is highly desirable

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies and interventions
  • Serve as a key participant in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Offer guidance on behavioral and academic interventions, monitoring student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
