Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing psychological services across multiple schools serving grades K12. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse team of educators and administrators while supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities. With a unique 4-day work week, youll have an outstanding work-life balance as you help foster students academic, emotional, and social growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working within an educational setting, preferably across K12.
- Strong assessment skills and knowledge of conducting evaluations for a range of mild to moderate disabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to formulate effective intervention plans.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide insightful reports for students in need of academic, behavioral, or emotional support.
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design interventions tailored to each students strengths and needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to optimize student success.
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as necessary.
- Promote a positive school environment and contribute to the mental wellness programs across campuses.
