Qualifications and Experience:

- Ability to provide occasional direct counseling services
- Commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive practices
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and standardized testing for K-12 students
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate results to educators and families
- Provide insightful recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions
- Participate actively in team meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Offer occasional short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation to support compliance and student outcomes
