Youll collaborate closely with faculty, parents, and students, providing essential psychological support for elementary through middle school learners with a caseload of 45 to 50 students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia license as a School Psychologist is required
- Solid background working with students at elementary and middle school levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to effectively manage caseload, assessments, and interventions
- Experience in educational settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide direct support and counseling to students, addressing academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights
- Maintain accurate, detailed records while adhering to all confidentiality regulations
- Offer crisis intervention and consult on prevention strategies
