Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and support eligibility for services
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
  • Offer consultation and recommendations for classroom interventions, instructional strategies, and behavioral management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
