A full-time School Psychologist position is available to support a dynamic educational setting near Franklin Park, IL. This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 50 re-evaluations, actively participating on the MTSS team for tier 3 interventions, and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). The position is based in Arlington Heights, IL, with a contract engagement aimed at delivering comprehensive psychological services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for a caseload of about 50 students.
• Collaborate with the MTSS team to provide tier 3 support interventions.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Interpret assessment results, prepare reports, and communicate findings with educators and families.
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and provide strategies to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience with MTSS framework and tier 3 interventions.
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs and creating BIPs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed documentation.
