Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
• Prior experience as a school psychologist in K-12 settings preferred
• Strong foundation in MTSS processes and tiered intervention strategies
• Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Excellent communication, counseling, and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage an approximately 50-student re-evaluation caseload, ensuring compliance with state and federal timelines
• Lead and participate in MTSS teams, particularly focused on Tier 3 supports
• Conduct FBAs and develop/implement BIPs for at-risk students
• Engage in consultation with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and well-being
• Deliver direct and indirect student services, including individual and group counseling as needed
• Compile and interpret psychoeducational assessments and contribute to IEP development
