What You'll Bring:

  • Current and valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in Texas
  • Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Understanding of special education law, eligibility guidelines, and IEP processes
  • Commitment to promoting positive mental health and student well-being

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct assessments, observations, and interviews to identify students strengths and needs
  • Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate
  • Collaborate with staff and families to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and serve as a resource for multitiered systems of support
  • Serve on multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services
  • Contribute relevant insights to IEP development and educational planning
  • Offer crisis intervention support and guidance as needed
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive school environment
