Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and providing direct intervention services
• Knowledge of IEP processes, eligibility determination, and the development of appropriate goals and accommodations
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students cognitive, academic, and emotional strengths and needs
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and deliver recommendations based on assessment findings
• Support positive student behavior and social-emotional development through direct services and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive atmosphere focused on student safety and well-being
