Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist license
• Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school climate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective educational plans
• Provide individual and group counseling for students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Offer crisis intervention and response as needed
• Consult on classroom strategies to support positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school policies
