Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Current, valid Michigan School Psychologist licensure
  • Demonstrated experience in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to develop individualized recommendations
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to design and implement student support strategies
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students
  • Facilitate and participate in IEP, RTI, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop data-driven interventions to address learning and behavioral challenges
  • Deliver professional development to school staff on mental health and wellness topics
