Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Michigan
  • Prior experience working within K-12 school settings
  • Strong assessment skills, including the administration and interpretation of psychological and academic assessments
  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable performing duties onsite; hybrid arrangements may be considered for full-time or part-time availability, but in-person presence is required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments
  • Provide detailed, actionable evaluation reports supporting Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop appropriate student support strategies
  • Assist with crisis intervention and participate in the development of behavioral interventions as needed
