As a valued team member, you will play a key role in helping young learners reach their full potential. The position spans from the beginning of the school year through early December, with a part-time schedule of three days per week.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Minnesota Psychologist license
• Hold an MDE School Psychologist License
• Previous school-based experience, especially in early learning, is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for early learners to identify developmental, behavioral, and academic needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to facilitate student success
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, staff, and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and recommend interventions
• Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
